Terms of Service

The terms, operational boundaries, and conditions governing the use of Allied Axis platforms, advisory engagements, and client systems.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or browsing alliedaxis.digital, requesting consultations or assessments, or entering into service agreements with Allied Axis (“we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company, school, or educational institution, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind that entity.

2. Scope of Services

Allied Axis is an education-focused, systems-led growth firm providing services across three primary pathways:

  • Business Growth: Brand positioning, full-stack website development, CRM pipeline architecture, outreach workflows, AI automation, and performance marketing systems.
  • Education Growth: Enquiry capture audits, admissions workflows, WhatsApp response automation, front-desk staff training, and leadership tracking for schools and colleges.
  • Student Pathways: Structured study-abroad consultancy, student profile evaluation, university discovery, application documentation support, and visa guidance.

Individual projects and retainers are governed by these Terms alongside formal written proposals or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the parties.

3. Important Operational Boundaries & Disclaimers

Allied Axis maintains an unwavering commitment to truthfulness, integrity, and operational realism. Please review our mandatory operational boundaries:

No Commercial Revenue Guarantees: While Allied Axis implements battle-tested systems and documented best practices, we do not guarantee specific monetary returns, lead volumes, or investment yields. Commercial results depend on client fulfillment, market economics, sales capabilities, and competitive dynamics.
Student Pathways Boundaries: Allied Axis does NOT guarantee foreign university admission, official visa issuance, embassy approval, scholarship allocations, or overseas employment. Admissions decisions rest exclusively with independent university committees; visa and immigration decisions rest solely with relevant consular authorities.
Internship Placements: Internship opportunities for applicable Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes in Malaysia are guaranteed by the respective accredited university curriculum, not by Allied Axis as an independent employer.

4. Client Responsibilities & Collaboration

Successful system execution requires proactive collaboration. Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete business information, assets, and academic credentials.
  • Deliver timely feedback, approvals, and credentials required to meet project milestones.
  • Acknowledge that third-party expenses — including direct advertising spend (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), domain registration, hosting renewals, and third-party software subscriptions — are billed directly to the client unless explicitly bundled in writing.

5. Intellectual Property & Deliverable Ownership

Our philosophy is: You own what we build.

  • Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, all bespoke assets created specifically for the client (including unique logos, custom website code, brand guidelines, and copy) become the exclusive property of the client.
  • Proprietary Frameworks: Allied Axis retains full intellectual property rights over pre-existing methodologies, internal operating templates, proprietary scripts, and reusable system architectures developed independently of specific client projects.
  • Client Material: Clients retain full ownership of all confidential materials, trade secrets, and logos provided to Allied Axis for project execution.

6. Retainers, Payments & Commitments

  • Proposals & Fees: Fees, milestones, and deliverables are specified in written proposals. All invoices are payable according to agreed schedules.
  • Monthly Retainers: Retainers require a documented three-month minimum commitment to ensure systems gain compounding traction and adequate data for optimization.
  • Cancellation & Termination: Either party may terminate ongoing monthly advisory agreements by providing thirty (30) days' written notice following the conclusion of the initial three-month commitment period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allied Axis and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or consular visa rejections) arising out of or related to our services or website.

Our total cumulative liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Allied Axis under the specific agreement giving rise to liability during the preceding three (3) months.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public technical, financial, and strategic information exchanged during discovery or execution as strictly confidential, exercising the same degree of care used to protect their own sensitive business assets.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the commercial laws of the operating jurisdiction specified in the applicable client agreement (United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, or the United Kingdom). Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to amicable good-faith mediation prior to formal legal proceedings.

10. Modifications & Contact

Allied Axis reserves the right to update these Terms periodically to reflect evolving legal standards and operational updates. Continued use of our website or services signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
